Get to Know Our Therapists

Dr. Ina Hilgers, PsyD, LPC, NCC

Dr. Ina Hilgers offers trauma-informed therapy that meets you exactly where you are with a blend of advanced expertise, gentleness, and care for everything you’ve been through. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, she works with adults and teens who are carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of painful experiences. Whether you’re feeling shut down, overwhelmed, or simply tired of holding it all together, Dr. Hilgers creates a space where you don’t have to do it alone anymore.

Her approach blends the science of how trauma affects the brain and body with a calm, steady presence that invites safety and trust. Using therapies like EMDR, Sandplay, biofeedback, and neurobiologically grounded models like NMT, she gently supports your nervous system in finding more balance, so that over time, you can begin to feel less reactive, more present, and more connected to yourself again.

Dr. Hilgers understands that healing isn’t about rushing or “fixing” anything—it’s about building safety from the inside out. Her sessions are shaped by what feels manageable for you, with an emphasis on pacing, choice, and kindness. She often draws from the calming rhythms of nature and the grounding connection people share with animals to support the healing process. Whether it’s finding the courage to speak your story, learning to trust your body again, or simply feeling seen and understood, Dr. Hilgers walks with you as you rebuild a life that feels like your own.

Dr. Andi Fetzner, PsyD, LPC

Dr. Andi Fetzner is a trauma-informed therapist offering online counseling for adults and teens across Arizona. She works with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, often because of trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions like divorce, legal stress, or loss. If you’re carrying a lot emotionally and not sure where to start, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Dr. Fetzner creates a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Her approach is collaborative, steady, and focused on helping you feel more grounded and in control of your life again.

She uses a mix of evidence-based tools including EMDR, mindfulness, expressive arts, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help you process what’s happened, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with who you are at your core. Her work can be especially helpful if you’re navigating complex trauma, high-conflict relationships, grief, burnout, or big emotional transitions.

With over ten years of experience supporting clients with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, Dr. Fetzner brings both clinical expertise and a deeply human touch to her work. She believes healing happens in relationship and that with the right support, meaningful change is always possible.

Arielle Caiazzo BSW, LMSW

Arielle Caiazzo is a trauma-informed therapist who offers integrative support for adults and teens navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and depression. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we tend to the mind, body, and spirit together, with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Arielle brings a calm, steady presence to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe to slow down, explore their experiences, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or longing for more ease and clarity in your life, she meets you where you are with tools that help you move forward at your own pace.

She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), two powerful, research-backed methods that support the brain and body in healing from trauma. Arielle also weaves in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop awareness of their thoughts, build emotional resilience, and move through life with more intention and self-compassion.

At the heart of Arielle’s work is a deep respect for each person’s inner wisdom and capacity to heal. She sees therapy as a collaborative journey—one where you are always in the lead, and she is there to walk alongside you with support, curiosity, and care. Her hope is that through this process, you’ll begin to feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your values, and more empowered to make choices that align with the life you truly want. Healing doesn’t have to happen all at once. It happens in small, meaningful steps, and you don’t have to take them alone.

Winston

Chief Cuddle Officer

Meet Winston, our sweet Bernedoodle companion has a heart as big as his cuddle game. Affectionate, joyful, and wonderfully sensitive, Winston has a special gift for knowing exactly what you need—sometimes before you do. When you’re feeling low, he’ll quietly sit at your feet like a steady little anchor, offering comfort without a single word. When you’re ready, he’s all in for couch snuggles and warm, soft companionship.

And if you need space to sort through your thoughts, Winston understands that too. He’ll wait patiently in his own cozy spot, keeping watch with calm, loving presence—close enough to remind you you’re not alone, but gentle enough to let you breathe.
With Winston around, therapy might feel softer, safer, with a bit of canine care

Monkey Luffy

Chief Cuddle Officer

Meet Luffy, our soulful Aussiedoodle who found his way to us in the most unexpected—and meaningful—way. Rescued from a small town on the outskirts of Arizona after six weeks of dedicated effort to help him, Luffy arrived with a past we may never fully know. But what we do know is this: the story he’s writing now is full of tenderness, trust, and quiet strength.
Luffy cannot hear, but he understands more than most. He’s a gentle giant with a deep love for cuddles, connection, and simply being near. Sometimes he’ll curl up for a peaceful nap, and other times he’ll gently remind you—just by existing—that none of us have it all figured out, and that’s okay.
With Luffy in the room, there’s an undeniable sense of calm and safety. He’s steady, soft, and deeply comforting—an anchor of warmth in the space.
