Sandplay Therapy
Let your hands speak when words fall short.

Sandplay Therapy offers a deeply creative, symbolic way to process emotions and experiences, especially when talking about them feels overwhelming or out of reach. It invites healing through imagination, allowing what’s buried deep within to surface safely and meaningfully.
In a calm, protected space, clients are invited to use sand and miniature figures to build scenes that reflect their inner world. What emerges is often profound: a mirror of the unconscious mind, and a path toward healing that unfolds naturally over time.
What is Sandplay Therapy?
Sandplay is a hands-on, experiential form of therapy. It allows clients to express feelings, memories, and inner conflicts through symbolic imagery rather than conversation alone. Working with a trained Sandplay therapist, clients use a tray of sand and a collection of miniature figures to create visual scenes, giving shape to their internal experiences in a way that words often cannot.
The process taps into the psyche’s innate ability to move toward healing. Just as the body tends to a physical wound, the mind, when given the right environment, can move toward balance, clarity, and integration.

How We Use Sandplay Therapy

We use Sandplay as a gentle complement to traditional talk therapy. It’s particularly helpful for exploring early trauma, nonverbal memories, and inner patterns that may be hard to name with words.
Our therapists provide a safe space where you are encouraged to build without judgment or expectation. Through sandplay, deep layers of experience, sometimes preverbal or long-forgotten, can gently surface and be explored.
Sandplay can be helpful for people who have experienced trauma, struggle to express themselves verbally, or feel disconnected from their inner world.
